About the Project
Croft Farm is a collection of eight luxury bungalows designed to provide modern, sustainable and low-maintenance living for residents over 55. Each home combines quality brickwork with contemporary detailing and a focus on energy efficiency, creating a stylish yet practical space for independent living.
This project marked AMBC Limited’s first collaboration with David James Developments, establishing a strong working relationship built on open communication and shared commitment to quality.
What We Did
Our team delivered all brickwork packages for the site, applying high standards of craftsmanship to each home.
Distinctive features included buttress walls and varied design elements across five unique house types, each requiring careful planning and precision.
