Sandstone Gate is a prestigious development of 57 luxury homes for Duchy Homes, located in the sought-after Cheshire village of Malpas. The site features a mix of detached, semi-detached and mews properties, each designed with premium detailing and high-quality finishes.

This project marked AMBC’s second development with Duchy Homes, demonstrating the strength of our ongoing relationship with the award-winning housebuilder.

What We Did

AMBC delivered the full brickwork package across the site, with our skilled teams handling a wide range of styles and intricate design details.

The homes featured quoins, dental work, eaves detailing, voussoir heads, GRP chimneys and other high-end features, requiring precision and consistent quality across all plots.

Project Story

The project came with several challenges, including a tight build programme, complexities due to overhead powerlines and the continued growth of our workforce to meet demand. Despite these, the team worked efficiently and collaboratively to stay on schedule while maintaining the high standards expected by Duchy Homes.
