Project Story

Cardamine Gardens was a landmark project for AMBC — our very first as the main brickwork contractor. This brought new challenges, from navigating NHBC expectations to managing the process from a leadership perspective.

The homes themselves were built to a high architectural standard, with many intricate details that demanded skill and precision. By combining careful planning, strong communication with the client and other trades and our team’s craftsmanship, the build was delivered smoothly and to specification.

Working with the Client

We built an excellent working relationship with Duchy Homes and their site management team. Clear communication and aligned goals meant the project ran efficiently, with work completed on programme and within our targeted budget.

This collaboration set the tone for future partnerships, proving that AMBC could not only meet but exceed expectations in a main contractor role.
